Job summary

A local procurement company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Procurement Officer to handle PR/PO transactions, manage purchases, and support vendor registration. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, has 1–3 years of experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office with strong negotiation skills. Immediate availability is required.

Responsibilities

  • Process PR/PO transactions and ensure accurate data entry.

Job description

Process PR/PO transactions and ensure accurate entry of vendor and item master data in the system.

Prepare RFQs, collect quotations, and compile price and term comparisons.

Manage purchases for inventory and non-inventory warehouse needs (consumables, tools, spare parts, services, etc.).

Review and verify documents (PO–GR–Invoice) before submission to Finance.

Support vendor registration documentation and assist in periodic vendor evaluations.

Manage and maintain office facilities, utilities, and company assets to ensure smooth daily operations.

Supervise company vehicles, including maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and driver coordination.

Handle company permits, licenses, and document renewals in compliance with regulations.

Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and vendor services (cleaning, security, etc.).

Manage employee transportation, accommodation, and business travel arrangements.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.

1–3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement Administration (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong attention to detail, organized, responsive in follow-ups, with integrity and confidentiality.

Basic negotiation and communication skills.
