Overview

Fumira is one of the largest falvanized steel sheet producers in Indonesia. Fumira was established in 1970 and its name was came from the two first letters of the three share holders: FUji Steel (later merged with Yawata Steel to become Nippon Steel Corp.), MItsui Co. Ltd., and RAgam Logam (a subsidiary of Argo Manunggal Group).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong skills in Building Management, Asset & Facility Management, and Vendor Management
  • Good knowledge of HSE/K3L (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations & environmental management
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance of buildings, electricity, water supply, roads, and other plant facilities
  • Coordinate facility repairs to ensure smooth operations
  • Work closely with security to maintain plant safety and security
  • Ensure security systems (CCTV, hydrants, alarms, access controls) operate effectively
  • Oversee vendors for cleaning, pest control, and non-hazardous waste management
  • Support the company’s HSE programs
  • Provide, manage, and maintain company/operational vehicles, including drivers and vehicle administration
  • Manage employee facilities such as accommodation, business travel, canteen, dormitory, and other general services
  • Support company activities (gatherings, meetings, guest visits)
  • Handle purchasing and inventory control of office supplies and equipment
