Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee accounting activities including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, day to day Journal Entries, and Amortization (Intercompany and 3rdParty transaction).
• Prepare, review, and reconcile General Ledger (GL) and Balance Sheet (BS) accounts to ensure accurate ending balances.
• Assist in month-end financial closing and Yearly Financial Statement Audit to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Handle tax filings including PPh Articles 21, 22, 23, 25, and the Annual Corporate Income Tax (CIT) return.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure proper documentation.
• Actively contribute to internal finance initiatives and collaborate with business units to support operations.
• Review and validate accounting entries prepared by finance staff.
• Provide cost control calculations, reports, and financial analysis to support decision‑making.
• Support the preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Undertake other relevant tasks related to accounting services as required.

Key Requirements :

• Hands‑on experience with multiple ERP systems and online tax reporting platforms.
