Job description
Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle daily administrative tasks of the company, including office environment maintenance, management of office supplies and equipment, document processing, telecom expense management, and establishment of relevant administrative procedures.
  2. Manage external affairs and certification processes, such as business license applications, residence permits, academic credential verification, personnel file transfers, and business visa applications.
  3. Oversee office area management, implementing 5S standards, conducting regular inspections of cleanliness, landscaping, pest control, and maintenance of public facilities to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
  4. Support property management and enhance service awareness, assisting in resolving tenant feedback, organizing promotional activities within the managed area, and training employees on service awareness and behavioral standards.
  5. Engage with the group’s HR platform, participating in the comprehensive human resources system of a listed company and gaining exposure to modules such as recruitment, performance, training, and talent development.
  6. Participate in specialized HR functions, including recruitment and placement, performance management, talent development, and training system construction to accumulate professional experience.
  7. Clear talent development path: Focus on becoming a “specialized talent” in the first 2–3 years, and later develop into a “multi-skilled talent” based on personal interests and potential.
Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in finance, taxation, accounting, auditing, or other related majors, with solid professional knowledge.
