Job summary

J&T Cargo (PT Global Jet Cargo) is seeking a Gateway Administration Lead to supervise all gateway admin activities and ensure SOP compliance. You will guide the Admin team, maintain accurate shipment records, and coordinate across departments to keep operations smooth.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, a bachelor's in a related field, and at least 3 years in administration or logistics. Strong Excel skills and leadership abilities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administration or logistics; leadership/supervisor experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) at working level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong analytical, administrative, and reporting skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, be target-oriented, and detail-focused.
• Willing to work in an operational environment and be assigned locations per company needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all Gateway administrative activities to ensure SOP compliance.
• Manage, guide, and evaluate the Gateway Administration team performance.
• Ensure accurate documentation of shipment, receiving, and transit records.
• Monitor inbound, outbound, and shipment status processes for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and branches for seamless Gateway operations.
• Handle administrative issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Ensure all operational documents are properly maintained and stored per standards.
• Communicate with internal and external parties in Mandarin when required.
• Analyze and improve administrative processes to boost team productivity.
