A leading company in facility management is seeking a professional to oversee office maintenance and manage utility services. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in AutoCAD and have a strong background in facility-related systems. Responsibilities include maintaining office facilities, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company regulations. Experience in managing office/facility maintenance, building utilities, or general affairs is a strong advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD and other civil engineering tolls
Strong understanding of facility-related systems
Oversee the maintenance amd upkeep of office facilities, company vehicles, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office repairs, maintennace, and other related services.
Prepare civil improvement plan drawings, draft cost budgets, and perform unit price analysis.
Manage inventory of office supplies and place purchase orders as necessary
Ensure compliance with company regulations and procedures related to general affairs and facility operations.
Assists in managing company vehicles and transportation logistics.
Provide support for employee relocation, office layout planning, and workspace optimization
