Responsibilities

• Perform assessment, design and implementation related to cyber security governance using standards such as NIST, ISO 27000 family, PCI-DSS, COBIT, CIS.
• Conduct application, infrastructure and cloud security assessments on web applications, infrastructures, cloud and mobile applications.
• Perform cloud security assessments and red teaming exercises.
• Lead cyber incident response, threat hunting and incident analysis.
• Provide recommendations and advice to clients.
• Train, coach and upskill team members’ capabilities.
• Perform active business development, marketing, proposal preparation and lead pursuit of IT‑related security projects.
• Interact with clients on solutions, executing projects, forming client relationships and demonstrating an understanding of the client’s business.
• Prepare concise and accurate documents, reports and presentations using MS Office.
• Provide candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner to the group and keep leadership informed of progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, or other IT‑related degree.
• Relevant experience in Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Security, or Data Protection, Identity and Access Management.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CCSP, GIAC, CIST, CIMP, CISA, SABSA, etc. are preferred.
• Knowledge of risks and their impact to the business and ability to articulate the need and value of security solutions to an organization.
• Strong analytical, creative problem‑solving and negotiation skills; thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including technical and business writing, documentation and presentation skills.
• Manager experience: minimum of 7‑10 years as a Cyber Security Risk Assurance or Cyber Security System Implementor.
• Experience with governance frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27000, PCI‑DSS, COBIT, CIS.
• Understanding of data privacy issues and regulatory requirements.

Travel Requirements

Up to 60% travel.
