Responsibilities
  • Build a targeted list of relevant investors (angels, VCs, family offices) for Oil & Gas Industry.
  • Conduct outreach and schedule meetings with qualified investors.
  • Improve and optimize the pitch deck and other investment materials.
  • Advise on fundraising strategy, deal structures, and valuation.
  • Develop financial projections (3–5 years) and concise executive business summaries.
  • Provide weekly updates on outreach activities and pipeline progress.
Requirements
  • Proven track record raising capital for startups (Seed/Series A or similar).
  • Existing investor network (angels, VCs, corporate/strategic) you can activate.
  • Ability to create and refine compelling pitch decks/storylines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Strong understanding of financing instruments (SAFE, equity, convertibles, etc.).
  • Financial model (3–5 years) with transparent assumptions.
  • Curated investor list with priorities and contacts.
  • Outreach and meeting coordination (calendaring/CRM).
Nice to Have
  • Exposure to energy/Oil & Gas, industrials, or infrastructure.
  • Experience closing cross-border deals and navigating regulatory environments.
