A financial services company in Indonesia is seeking a Funding Associate to develop and execute funding strategies while managing relationships with lenders. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in funding or institutional sales within fintech or banking sectors, with strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
We are seeking Funding Associate to hands on for acquiring, managing, and maintaining strategic relationships with institutional and individual lenders. This role ensures a stable funding pipeline to support business growth, while driving funding strategy, relationship management, and compliance with industry regulations.
Develop and execute funding strategies to attract institutional lenders, HNWIs, and key partners.
Build a strong funding pipeline and identify new sources of capital.
Analyze market trends to ensure competitive funding offerings.
Maintain long‑term relationships with lenders and strategic partners.
Provide performance reports, risk insights, and product updates to lenders.
Act as the main contact point for communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with Product, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure smooth funding processes.
Monitor daily liquidity needs and ensure sufficient funding availability.
Prepare and present funding performance reports to senior management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in funding, institutional sales, business development, or investor relations within fintech, banking, investment, or multifinance sectors.
Strong understanding of P2P lending models, funding structures, risk profiles, and OJK regulations.
Proven track record in acquiring and managing institutional lenders or high-net-worth investors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and financial literacy skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver targets consistently.
