Job summary

LinkIT 360 in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a capable Fullstack Developer to join our team. You will develop, maintain, and optimize web apps across front-end and back-end components, building scalable services and RESTful APIs for our business partners.

You will handle deployment, server security, and Ubuntu-based infrastructure, while collaborating with Product, PM, and BD teams on technical needs. A strong candidate has 2–4 years of experience and proficiency in modern JS frameworks and Node.js.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Fullstack or Software Developer.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular.
• Strong back-end skills: Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java; RESTful APIs.
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on with Ubuntu servers, Docker, Git/GitLab, and CI/CD basics.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve web applications across front-end and back-end components.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer, Software Developer, or similar position.
• Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong proficiency in back-end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
• Experienced in developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Experienced with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience managing Ubuntu-based servers.
• Experienced in configuring and optimizing Nginx or Apache.
• Good understanding of server security, including SSH, UFW, SSL/TLS, access control, and security hardening.
• Experienced in application deployment using Docker, Linux CLI, and version control systems such as GitHub or GitLab.
• Familiar with application monitoring, server logging, performance analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Able to troubleshoot application errors, server downtime, database issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, ownership, and technical communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal technical and business teams.
