Job summary

Lancesoft Indonesia seeks a senior Go developer to design, build, and scale RESTful APIs and microservices for transaction reconciliation, clearing, settlement, and card management. You will work across backend and full-stack components, driving reliability and performance.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in full-stack development, deep Golang expertise, relational databases, Docker, and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/GCP), plus strong English and agile collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Proven experience building backend services and APIs with Golang.
• Experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL, data modeling and query optimization.
• Hands-on Docker experience and containerized deployment.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication abilities.
• Prior banking/payments/financial services experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strong experience with Golang, including building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications supporting Transaction Reconciliation, Clearing, Settlement, and Card Management functions.
• Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Golang.
• Collaborate with Client, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and production support activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
• Support application performance tuning, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Client, and industry development standards and best practices.
