Job summary

Ruangguru membuka peluang bagi pendidik untuk membimbing MT Akademia, meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar, dan bekerja di bawah Tim Akademik. Anda akan memberikan coaching, klinik PR, konsultasi untuk siswa dan orang tua, serta berkolaborasi dalam sesi CBC bersama tim regional.

Anda juga mengajar di kelas secara langsung dengan standar kualitas tinggi dan menjadi teladan belajar bagi siswa. Kualifikasi minimum: gelar S1 Pendidikan atau bidang terkait; pengalaman mengajar USBN/UTBK/ujian masuk

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students/parents with Student Advisors to map academic pathways.
• Lead Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to address student issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in Class by Class (CBC) sessions with regional team to share best practices.
• Teach students in classroom settings, serving as a positive teaching example.
• Fulfill required CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
