Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking dedicated educators to join MT Akademia as trainers and mentors. You will coach teachers, conduct student and parent consultations, and deliver high-quality classroom instruction while developing engaging learning experiences for diverse learners.

You will run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and collaborate with regional teams to implement best practices and new educational initiatives. Prior experience in exam prep is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including buddying MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under Academic Team guidance.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to identify pathways and maintain engagement for renewals.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in CBC sessions and collaborate with regional teams to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Meet a minimum number of sessions including CBC and classroom teaching.
• Maintain relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders to ensure smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation and improve student learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
