Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking qualified educators in West Java to provide coaching, classroom teaching, and student support. You will collaborate with MT Akademia and Academic Team to enhance teaching effectiveness and student outcomes.

You will conduct consulting with students and parents, run Homework Clinics, participate in CBC sessions, and develop curriculum materials as needed. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
