MT Akademia seeks an engaging educator to coach, train, and teach students, including USBN/UTBK prep and classroom instruction. You will collaborate with Student Advisors and the Academic Team to guide pathways for students and parents, while delivering effective lessons and developing materials.

• Experience teaching USBN, UTBK, or university entrance exam preparation.
• Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and cross-functional departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and implement blended learning approaches.

Responsabilités

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance teaching skills under guidance of Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents with Student Advisors to provide pathways for academic goals.
• Lead Homework Clinics to address academic issues and provide solutions.
• Participate in Class by Class sessions and share best practices with regional team.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings with high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences.
• Fulfill minimum sessions including CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments to support curriculum implementation.

Description du poste

• Provide coaching and training sessions, including becoming a buddy for MT Akademia to enhance their teaching skills and effectiveness under the guidance of the Academic Team.
• Conduct consulting for students or parents in collaboration with Student Advisor(s) in order to provide possible pathways for students to achieve their academic goals and maintain good students-parents engagement to ensure students renewal.
• Conduct Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to assist students in addressing academic issues and providing them with solutions.
• Participate in CBC (Class by Class) sessions and collaborate with the regional team to share best practices and contribute to educational initiatives.
• Teach students directly in classroom settings, ensuring high-quality instruction and engaging learning experiences to be a good example for MT Akademia.
• Fulfill a minimum number of sessions as specified that includes: CBC sessions and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with all BAC employees and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and academic assignments to support curriculum implementation and enhance student learning, as needed by.
