Brief

The position is responsible for the direction, planning, and service execution of the daily operations and coordination of all medical, wellness and holistic modalities.

Responsibilities
  • Decision making and strategic planning.
  • Hold overall accountability for client satisfaction.
  • Manage day-to-day operations.
  • Deploy successful coordination of all departments and staff to ensure that clients receive a seamless experience during their appointment.
  • Management of financial profitability including setting forecasts and budgets, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded.
  • Review business results regularly and take corrective action to ensure the business achieves its goals in customer satisfaction, employee development and satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing and branding.
  • Provide centralized direction and coaching to all staff.
  • Set training goals and ensure therapy qualifications, skills levels, treatment standards and therapy outcomes meet expectations of an international medical spa.
  • Implement standard operating procedures across all health and wellness units to ensure procedures are described, trained, understood and applied.
  • Develop and implement processes that offer employees appropriate career development to increase guest service experience and employee retention.
  • Ensure employee welfare needs are taken care of in line with company standards and philosophy.
  • Establish rapport with guests, maintaining excellent relationships and encouraging repeat business.
  • Handle client issues and complaints for the best outcome for the company and client.
Requirements
  • As a minimum, a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • At least two years management experience, preferably in a hospitality or spa setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills.
  • Proven track record of sound decision making abilities.
  • Ability to train, coach and develop team members.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.
