A regional real estate company in Uluwatu, Bali, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support their CEO and Marketing team. The role involves handling client communications, managing documentation, and coordinating social media marketing. Candidates should have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of administration experience. This is an on-site position, and applicants must be team players with their own transport.
You’ll be working directly alongside our CEO and Marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding for new property clients, updating our listings, coordinating with developers, managing social media content delivery, and keeping our internal systems up to date. You'll also assist with our CRM tools, maintain Google Drive files, send out marketing agreements, and ensure all steps in the client onboarding journey are followed accurately.
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no remote work)
