Job summary

A regional real estate company in Uluwatu, Bali, is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support their CEO and Marketing team. The role involves handling client communications, managing documentation, and coordinating social media marketing. Candidates should have strong communication skills and at least 1 year of administration experience. This is an on-site position, and applicants must be team players with their own transport.

Job description

You’ll be working directly alongside our CEO and Marketing team to ensure smooth onboarding for new property clients, updating our listings, coordinating with developers, managing social media content delivery, and keeping our internal systems up to date. You'll also assist with our CRM tools, maintain Google Drive files, send out marketing agreements, and ensure all steps in the client onboarding journey are followed accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients via email and WhatsApp to send marketing agreements and forms
  • Manage Google Drive folders and organize all property and legal documentation
  • Collect and chase necessary listing information from sellers
  • Update the company website with new listings and brochures
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Team to launch listings on social media
  • Assist in maintaining CRM data for listings and campaigns
  • Monitor sales progression and update client status sheets
  • Engage with social media platforms by coordinating post schedules and uploading content
  • Liaise with the internal team to report social media engagement related to leads or inquiries
Requirements:
  • Must be able to work on-site in Uluwatu, Bali (no remote option)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be able to understand and speak English as a second language
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with Google Drive, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle follow-ups and task tracking independently
  • Experience in real estate, admin, or digital content is a plus
  • Must have PA or administration experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • Preferably real estate admin / PA experience but not a must
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks
  • Must be able to work within a team and be a team player
  • Has own transport
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (no remote work)
Location: Uluwatu, Bali
