Job Description

Project Based - Hybrid Working

This role calls for an independent and pragmatic thinker — someone who can take full technical ownership, break down complex challenges into actionable steps, make practical tradeoffs aligned with business needs, and deliver effective solutions without waiting for constant direction.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable database schemas for multi-tenant, multi-location operations
• Implement real-time features for tracking, monitoring, and resource management
• Develop responsive interfaces optimized for B2B SaaS application
• Create complex business logic for resource allocation, optimization algorithms, compliance tracking, etc.
• Build robust reporting systems for audits and compliance
• Integrate third-party services (messaging APIs, payment systems, mapping services)
• Ensure uptime for mission-critical daily operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders internal and/or external party
• Document technical decisions and prepare for future team scaling

Requirements

Essential Skills (Must Have)

• 1+ years in developing/maintaining production grade SaaS application
• Strong backend development and RESTful API design
• Database expertise (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for implementing complex relational schemas
• Real-time systems implementation experience (WebSockets/Server-Sent Events)
• Experience with Authentication/authorization systems with role-based access control (Granular)
• Strong Git workflow and collaborative development practices
• Experience with leveraging AI-based technologies (LLMs, MCPs, Agentic coding tool, etc.) to boost productivity

Previous Industry Exposures (Not mandatory but preferred)

• Logistics and operations platforms
• Financial tracking and budgeting systems

Previous Tech. Exposures (Not mandatory but preferred)

• Frontend: with TypeScript
• Backend: with API Routes
• Containerization: Docker
• Database: PostgreSQL with ORM (Prisma)
• UI Framework: Tailwind CSS + Component-based Libraries or something simiar
