Job summary

Hired is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality code for training and optimizing AI models. You will work with global teams to improve model performance and contribute to product enhancements.

You will evaluate model responses, create curated datasets for supervised fine-tuning, and deliver clear explanations and rationales for evaluations. This role emphasizes rigorous code quality and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
