Job summary

Permata Bank, a leading Indonesian bank, is seeking a capable IT operations professional with 2–4 years of experience in application support and incident management. You will work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and develop server-side services using Node.js, Java or Python.

You will be part of the Technology Directorate, contributing to robust database support and API development, while ensuring reliability and disaster recovery readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• 2–4 years in application/database support and IT operations.
• Proven experience in incident management, troubleshooting and cross-functional teamwork.
• Strong server-side language experience (Node.js, Java, Python) and RESTful API knowledge.
• Proficiency in SQL queries, indexing, backups and disaster recovery.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitLab.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide application and database support, incident management and resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, support teams and end users to troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in API development and server-side programming tasks.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and data backups.
