Responsibilities

Your Main Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain our core data transformation layer using dbt.
• Write and optimize the complex SQL transformations in Google BigQuery that power all our analytics.
• Use Python for scripting, data automation, and integrating new data sources to expand our data warehouse.
• Own the full lifecycle of business intelligence, from stakeholder requirements to building and maintaining our suite of self-service dashboards in Metabase.
• Act as a strategic data partner to leadership, helping them define KPIs and answer their most complex questions.
• Conduct deep-dive, ad-hoc analyses to uncover hidden trends, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations.
• Champion data quality, documentation, and governance, ensuring all data is accurate, trusted, and well-understood.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, analytics engineering, or business intelligence.
