Job summary

Intikom is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to plan, design, and deliver enterprise applications. You will handle full-stack work across backend and frontend, integrate databases and APIs, and drive CI/CD practices.

AI and computer vision initiatives will be part of the roadmap, with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies guiding the delivery process. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in enterprise app development, strong PHP Laravel/ReactJS frontend and Flutter/NodeJS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Application Developer
• Experience in enterprise application development and system integration
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in frontend development using PHP Laravel and ReactJS
• Proficiency in backend development using Flutter and NodeJS
• Understanding of AI and computer vision
• Proficiency in CI/CD and containerization platforms: GitLab, Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage application development activities in alignment with project targets
• Develop end-to-end applications—including backend, frontend, databases, and API integrations
• Analyze, design, optimize, and manage databases to ensure performance, security, and data integrity
• Troubleshoot, identify root causes, and resolve bugs and bottlenecks affecting system performance
• Provide technical support during the application implementation and maintenance phases
• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholder teams to resolve technical issues on both the backend and frontend
• Handle data integration and manage data pipelines using relevant data ingestion tools
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes to ensure effective and efficient application deployment
• Prepare technical documentation, project progress reports, and monthly work reports
• Support the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Computer Vision-based solutions to meet business needs
