Job summary

Dealls (YC W22) is seeking a frontend engineer to develop, maintain, and improve our web applications using React or Vue. You will translate design mockups into clean, responsive UI and ensure performance across devices.

You should have a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of frontend experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, React.js, and familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field
• 1–2 years frontend experience
• Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Git

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the web frontend using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
• Translate design mockups (Figma, Sketch) into clean, responsive UI.
• Ensure the application performs well across different devices and browsers.
• Optimize frontend performance, load times, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, reusable, and testable code; participate in code reviews.
• Integrate with backend services and APIs to fetch and manage data.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to shape new features.
• Debug and troubleshoot frontend issues.
• Stay updated on frontend best practices, frameworks, and technologies.
