Qualifications

Front Desk Officer

Working as a Front Desk Officer to support the Front Office team at TOSCA Aesthetic Clinic, you will perform a variety of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of TOSCA Aesthetic Clinic.

Job Requirements

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan or Jakarta Pusat.
• Candidate must possess a Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality.
• Minimum of 1 (one) year of full-time relevant work experience as a Receptionist or in a related field.
• Has relevant exposure in Front Desk / Reception / Guest Relations / Sales and scheduling that is applicable.
• Willing to work fully in office (WFO) from Monday–Saturday, 9 am–6 pm.
• Willing to wear makeup to work.
• Must be able to converse and write in English well.
• Has extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Neat appearance with strong abilities in communication and presentations.
