Prepare smoothies, coffee, and snacks to brand standards.
Keep café areas stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
Upsell café items and create energy at the bar.
Manage check-ins, bookings, and payments.
Sell and upsell memberships, events, and merchandise.
Hit sales targets for merchandise and memberships.
Maintain professional, friendly, and confident communication with guests.
Play pickleball to connect with members and guests (training provided).
Support tournaments, leagues, and community events.
Help with guest guidance, court setup, and event flow.
Act as the go-to problem-solver for guests.
Rotate between café, front desk, events, and concierge.
Report stock shortages or facility issues proactively.
Manage POS, handle payments, and reconcile daily sales.
Track sales reports for smoothies, merchandise, and memberships.
Create daily stories and record customer interactions.
Edit and share customer content.
Update and answer inquiries on social media channels.
Post updates in community and WhatsApp groups.
Active & Sporty: You already play paddle, tennis, ping pong, badminton — or are eager to learn pickleball fast.
Sales-Minded: Confident selling memberships, events, and merchandise.
Sharp Communicator: High-level English and Indonesian; professional, clear, and persuasive.
Energetic & Positive: You bring energy to every guest interaction.
Detail-Oriented: You follow recipes, sales processes, and service standards.
Ownership Driven: You treat the bar, desk, and club as your responsibility.
Committed: You show up sharp, reliable, and consistent.
Basic café, smoothie bar, or hospitality experience preferred.
Sales or cashier experience a plus.
Fluent Indonesian; strong English required.
Must own or arrange motorbike transportation.
Physically able and willing to play pickleball.
Flexible schedule (6 days/week, rotating shifts morning and night).
Available for evenings, weekends, and holiday events.
