Overview

About the role: As a Front Desk Agent at PT Nusa Jaya Prima (AYANA Residences), you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. In this full-time role based in Jimbaran, Bali, you will play a vital part in the smooth running of our hotel operations and the overall satisfaction of our valued guests.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting and checking in/out guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints with professionalism and care
  • Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services and local attractions
  • Assisting with luggage handling and providing concierge services
  • Maintaining accurate guest records and handling cash/non-cash transactions
  • Supporting other front office duties as required
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar guest-focused role, ideally within the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages an advantage
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure
