Job summary

PT Mitra Alam Persada is launching the Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) in Fuel & Logistics to train and mentor new graduates for leadership in mining support operations. Selected candidates will join a structured program, with hands-on exposure to inventory management, fuel analytics, and supply chain optimization at Kalimantan project sites.

The program targets graduates in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical or Mining Engineering, with GPA 3.0+, age 22–27, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's (D4). GPA minimum 3.00/4.00.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Willingness to be deployed and stationed at Kalimantan sites.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Fresh Graduate Development Program focused on Fuel & Logistics.
• Develop and apply data analytics to monitor fuel consumption and inventory.
• Assist in building dashboards and reports to support supply chain operations.
