Requirements
  • Minimum D3 / or bachelor's degree from all majors with minimum GPA 2.75.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Will be tested during the recruitment process).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated multi-task capabilities.
  • Preferably to have a typing speed of at least 50 words per minutes.
  • Communicative Willing to work in 24/7 Shift including Weekend and Public Holiday Willing to Place in Sleman (Yogyakarta) Candidates can work immediately if they pass all recruitment process
Responsibility
  • Answering an Incoming chats and Respond to Email
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Chats
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues
  • Documenting All Information According to Standard Operating Procedures
  • Complete All Chat Logs Updating customers profile into computer
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service
  • Able to quickly locate user problems and provide solution
