Job description

Visit customers independently to support their current business needs.

Take the lead in discussions with client and AFF/OFF members with regards to service recovery, first level of escalations, etc.

Need to physically front clients and support existing key accounts on the maintenance and business development.

Need to take the lead on the escalations and business implementations of the allocated existing clients and organize the needed meetings internally with corresponding business units.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, eager to learn new things
• Good at both spoken and written English
