A Sales Consultant is goal oriented, and able to adapt their communication style in order to best deliver a satisfactory message to customers. They are required to consistenly deliver on sales targets by introducing suitable English 1 Courses and study plans that meet customer's need as well as maintain good communication with other members of school staff, showing initiative in order to quickly address and solve problems
Responsibilities
- To describe English 1's learning process to potential customers and maintain established sales targets
- Invite customers to English 1 Center and give professional consultations to introduce English 1 courses, and study plan according to customer's needs.
- To regularly communicate with customers in an effort to understand their personal language learning requirements and use this information to assist the customer in developing their personal study plan. This requires the timely updating of all customer information in the systems provided by English 1.
- To fully understand English 1's products and programs, comply with standardized sales policies and processes and to actively participate in ongoing sales training programs and seminars
- Work with Progress Advisor to ensure customers get good study experience. Develop good relationship with customers and get referrals
Qualifications
- University graduate Bachelor degree in any field
- Able to work well in a team as well as independently
- Able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Willing to work with a shift system
- Good planning and organizing ability, work flexible and able to deal with uncertainties
- Have a passion for sales and service, target and result oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Preferably domiciled in Yogyakarta
- Ready to work in September
- Will be placed in new Yogyakarta branch

Requirements:
- Educational Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare or life sciences).
- Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service, with preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, or medical industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with doctors, clients, and medical staff.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, or outside standard hours when required.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional in appearance.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
