Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor a small team to ensure consistent brand alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Work closely on brand strategies and day-to-day execution.
  • Develop and execute monthly in‑store programs, social media, and event activations to engage with the community.
  • Coordinate between the internal team and external partners such as partnership brands, marketing initiatives, and events.
  • Monitor customer feedback and brand campaign effectiveness.
  • Represent the bookstore in both online presence and offline events to build a loyal reader community.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in PR, Marketing, or a related Communication field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a senior/managerial role or having led a team.
  • Proven ability to handle both offline and online store operations.
  • Strong visual sense and understanding of brand storytelling.
  • Have a sense of ownership, strong leadership, and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail environment.
  • Excellent English skills (both oral and written).
  • Familiarity or passion for the retail or publishing industry is a significant plus.
  • Experience managing community‑based programs or events.
