The Order Management System (OMS) manages the entire order lifecycle, from order placement, stock validation, and payment, to shipping and settlement. Meanwhile, the Warehouse Management System (WMS) focuses on inventory and warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products with high accuracy. To drive sales, the role of a Live Shopping Host is crucial in presenting products attractively, engaging with the audience, boosting conversions, and maintaining the brand image during live sessions. The collaboration between OMS, WMS, and Live Shopping Hosts ensures that the online shopping journey runs efficiently—products are showcased effectively, inventory is well-controlled, and customer orders are fulfilled on time.
