Job description
Role Summary

This role supports the operational activities of Sempoa SIP’s franchise network by streamlining processes, managing data and dashboards, and coordinating with existing partners to ensure smooth and measurable onboarding and operational performance across Training Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage operational documentation and archiving (SOPs, forms, materials, checklists).
  • Develop and maintain a database of partners and potential partners (status, history, next actions, requirements).
  • Follow up with prospective partners via WhatsApp, phone, or email according to the communication flow.
  • Prepare site summary reports for potential partners (access, demographics, competitors) using a standard format.
  • Support the administrative process for new Training Center openings (scheduling and internal coordination).
  • Handle basic correspondence with active and potential partners.
  • Conduct small-scale follow-up experiments (scripts, timing, CTAs) and record outcomes.
  • Provide brief insights and recommendations from data to identify opportunities for improvement or bottlenecks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) to Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operational roles; detail-oriented, organized, communicative, and able to manage work priorities.
  • Proficient in Google Sheets (lookup, filter, basic pivot), Canva, Google Drive, Docs, and WhatsApp Business.
  • Familiar with working under SOPs and process documentation.
  • Experienced in managing CRM systems or lead pipelines.
  • Able to create dashboards or data-based reports.
  • Experience in supporting seminars, webinars, or digital event coordination.
