Aroma Palace Store is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Jakarta. You will deliver excellent customer service, recommend perfume variants, and assist with smooth in-store transactions.

Key duties include serving customers, operating POS, recording daily sales in Microsoft Office, maintaining product displays, and helping to meet daily and monthly sales targets. We value proactive, friendly, and honest team players.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA / SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in retail (preferably perfume, beauty, or fashion industry).
• Proficient in using store programs (POS/cashier) and basic Microsoft Office operations.
• Proactive, honest, friendly, and target-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a friendly manner and provide detailed information regarding aroma and the advantages of perfume products.
• Operate the cashier system (POS program) and assist with recording daily sales reports via Microsoft Office
• Help maintain cleanliness, product arrangement (display), and stock availability in the sales area
• Actively contribute to achieving daily and monthly sales targets for the store
