Job summary

acca careers is seeking an FP&A Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for a fast-growing retail business. You will provide actionable insights to influence strategy and report to senior leadership.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, build financial models from scratch, evaluate expansion opportunities, and drive profitability through data-driven decisions. Prior experience in retail/FMCG and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis in a startup or growth-stage fast-paced environment.
• Retail and FMCG background; Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with large and complex datasets.
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting, including building 3-way financial statements from scratch.
• Clear and confident communication with senior leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and other relevant financial systems and tools.
