Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Indonesia seeks an experienced FP&A & IBM Manager to lead Indonesia Foods FP&A and Integrated Business Planning, aligning AOP, monthly forecasts, and demand/supply plans. You will be the lead finance partner for Commercial, Supply Chain and IBP process owner, translating insights into actions.

You will drive cross-functional accountability across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to improve forecast quality, profitability and service against priorities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, planning or IBP within FMCG or similar industry.
• Strong FP&A and commercial finance processes, including S&OP/IBP.
• Proficient P&L forecasting, budgeting and scenario analysis.
• Solid business acumen and ability to link financials to operations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated Indonesia business planning: AOP, monthly forecasts, demand and supply plans.
• Prepare and consolidate IBP materials with cross-functional reviews.
• Monitor performance: volume, revenue, profit vs forecast and AOP.
• Drive end-to-end financial planning from gross to net revenue; input AR for cash flow.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Insights, and Supply Chain on initiatives and scenarios.
• Provide P&L simulation and profitability analyses for decisions.
• Lead risk/opportunity management and gap-closure actions.
• Oversee planning metrics: forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, service levels.
• Escalate demand/supply planning issues and coordinate mitigations.
• Develop IBP templates and contribute to SAP design for profitability improvements.

The FP&A & IBM Manager role is responsible to lead Indonesia Foods FP&A and Integrated Business Planning, connecting AOP, monthly forecasting, commercial performance, demand and supply planning, and management decision support.

This position will act as the lead finance partner for Commercial, Supply Chain and as the market IBP process owner, translating financial and operational insights into aligned decisions, gap-closure actions, and risk and opportunity plans.

Drive cross-functional accountability across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Demand Planning and Finance to improve forecast quality, profitability, service and execution against business priorities.

Responsibilities

What you will be responsible for:

• Lead the integrated Indonesia business planning cycle, aligning AOP, monthly forecasts, commercial plans, demand plans and supply plans with business objectives. [Accountable / Decision]
• Prepare and consolidate monthly IBP materials, facilitate cross-functional reviews, surface gaps and ensure decisions and actions are clearly owned. [Execute / Consult]
• Monitor and analyze performance across channels, including volume, gross revenue, net revenue, profit and spend versus AOP and forecast. [Accountable / Inform]
• Lead end-to-end financial planning from gross revenue to net revenue, including accounts receivable inputs for cash flow forecasting. [Accountable / Execute]
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Insights, Commercialization and Supply Chain on initiative planning, launch economics, scenario simulation and assumption tracking. [Consult / Execute]
• Provide P&L simulation, profitability assessment and financial analysis to support strategic and tactical decisions. [Consult / Decision Support]
• Lead risk and opportunity management, scenario planning and gap-closure actions, and drive accountability for delivery of identified opportunities. [Accountable / Decision]
• Oversee planning and business performance metrics, including forecast accuracy, inventory turnover and service levels, and drive continuous improvement. [Accountable / Inform]
• Serve as the escalation point for demand and supply planning issues and coordinate mitigation with process owners to protect business continuity. [Accountable / Consult]
• Build finance and IBP planning templates, contribute finance inputs to SAP design, and lead cross-functional projects that improve profitability and process effectiveness. [Execute / Consult]

Qualifications

What you will need to have:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business planning, demand/supply planning or IBP, preferably in FMCG Food and Beverage.
• Excellent knowledge of FP&A and commercial finance processes, with strong understanding of S&OP / IBP and experience in demand, supply and inventory planning.
• Strong business, commercial and financial acumen, including P&L, forecasting, performance management, scenario analysis and budget ownership.
• Solid understanding of business models, manufacturing processes, the foods industry and target markets.
• Strong analytical capability and ability to connect the big picture with operational detail.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across cultures; strong communicator and influencer at senior levels.
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a relevant discipline. CPA / CFA equivalent or MBA is preferable.
• SAP and HFM experience; advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge are preferable.
• Critical experiences: senior stakeholders partnering; cross-functional alignment; leading monthly planning cycles; risk and opportunity management; and dealing with ambiguity.
