A leading multinational manufacturing firm in Indonesia is seeking a Foundry Operations Assistant Manager to oversee operational policies and drive sales growth in chemical products. The ideal candidate should have a D3/Bachelor’s degree and familiarity with foundry and chemical processes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, recruiting staff, ensuring compliance, and developing marketing strategies. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential. This position offers opportunities to influence efficiency and partnerships within the industry.
Client Details: Multinational Japanese Manufacturing Company
Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, processes, and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize productivity.
Manage budgets, procurement, and resources (including raw materials and labor) to control costs and maintain financial stability.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff, provide mentorship, and foster a culture of high performance across sales and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and safety procedures.
Analyze KPIs, financial reports, and operational data to track performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
Drive sales growth in chemical products, ranging from commodity to specialty, with a focus on paint, coating, adhesive, and plastics industries.
Lead and develop the sales team, setting targets, providing technical support, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key customer accounts, while identifying and developing new clients and suppliers.
Design and execute marketing strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to align operational activities with strategic goals.
Deliver regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and operational outcomes.
Minimum D3/Bachelor of any related degree
Familiar with the Engineering Productions, especially within Foundry and Chemical
Deep knowledge and understanding of chemical products, applications, and customer industries
Good Communication and negotiation skills
Having knowledge in safety management
