Job description
Job Profile

Here, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistency and quality of color standards across the materials and components included in ECCO footwear range. Collaborates closely with various teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to establish and maintain color standards.

  • Approving, overseeing the production of, and distributing color standards to suppliers and ECCO production units.
  • Playing a pivotal role in resolving any color-related issues that may arise during the production process, ensuring that standards are met.
  • Oversees the production and distribution of seasonal selling tools with seasonal leathers for global markets.
  • Inspecting incoming pre-selected raw materials and components to ensure they meet the established color standards and reporting any deviations to purchasers.
  • Provide procurement support as needed.
Job Experience & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Leather, Quality, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in complex MNC environments.
  • Direct experience in working on projects with tight timelines.
  • Experience in using software such as SAP/Coupa or PLM software such as Centric and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience working in the footwear industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, to ensure consistency and accuracy in color standards.
  • Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures to approve color standards and execute income inspection of raw materials and components.
  • Ability to analyse color data, identify trends or inconsistencies, and make data-driven decisions to improve color management workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment where deadlines and production schedules may fluctuate.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East java.
