Job summary

VF Asia invites an experienced specialist to join our manufacturing and product development teams. You will represent commercialization in early PD cycle product review meetings and leverage your footwear production SME to ensure samples meet commercialization requirements.

Collaborate with brand, vendor development, engineering and production to validate patterns, materials and assembly techniques; oversee extreme fit trials and ensure BR readiness; coordinate tooling timelines and costing with

Qualifications

• Degree in textiles, apparel, footwear or related field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience with footwear construction, lab testing and material performance.

Responsibilities

• Represent commercialization in early PD cycle product review meetings.
• Partner with brand, vendor development, engineering and production teams on pattern, fit, materials and assembly.
• Lead extreme fit trial schedules and track BR time-line readiness.
• Coordinate downstream teams to meet BR and T4 readiness.
• Collaborate with mold tooling and costing teams to align tooling timelines and costs.
