Overview

Food Service Sales Executive (Sauces & Seasonings)

Work diligently to achieve and exceed sales targets in Jabodetabek.

Responsibilities
  • Actively seek new business opportunities by networking, making cold calls, and utilizing various channels.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline that reflects sales prospects and the sales process.
  • Follow up promptly on sales inquiries received through emails, calls, and other channels.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, including competitor analysis, to provide insights into market dynamics and trends.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to evaluate gaps, identify opportunities, and uncover untapped potential in the market.
  • Promote and sell a wide range of products, including compound seasoning sauces, food ingredients, flavors, and HORECA chain products such as syrup, popping boba, jam, etc.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams to achieve superior results and meet customer needs.
  • Initiate and manage projects with multiple teams such as Flavor Creation & Application, Marketing, and Product Development.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by a superior.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field.
  2. Proven track record of at least 3 - 5 years in B2B sales, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in the flavor industry, food ingredients, trading business, or HORECA chain.
