Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Food Scientist, based in Pematangsiantar. The Food Scientist will develop, test, and refine food products, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include conducting research and development (R&D) to improve food production processes, analyzing laboratory results, and applying food technology to create innovative products. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to address challenges and ensure high‑quality output for market demand will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Food Science and Food Technology
  • Strong Research and Development (R&D) experience
  • Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including sample analysis and testing protocols
  • Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, including best practices and safety regulations
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet quality and compliance standards
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Prior experience working in food production or agricultural technology is an advantage
