Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a production operator to carry out daily food manufacturing tasks in line with SOPs and work instructions. You will process, pack, clean, and sanitize while upholding strict safety, hygiene, and quality standards across shifts.

You will observe and report abnormalities in process, quality, or equipment, record daily operational data, and support the team to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily food manufacturing operations in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform routine tasks such as processing, packing, cleaning, and sanitation.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards at all times.
• Observe and report abnormalities in process, quality, or equipment.
• Record daily operational data as required.
• Support team activities to ensure smooth food manufacturing operations.
