About the role

As the Food & Beverage Manager at Bali Spirit Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing food and beverage operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality guest experiences, engagement, and revenue through innovative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

This is a full‑time role based in Bali, and you will play a key strategic role in ensuring the success and growth of this dynamic hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage and train restaurant staff to maintain excellence in hospitality.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver top‑quality service and consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Bring creative ideas for new menus, events, and promotions to increase revenue.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, staff performance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues effectively.
  • Ensure every guest leaves happy — and comes back for more!
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in food and beverage service, menu planning, and restaurant operations including delivery services.
  • Experience managing or collaborating on marketing campaigns, promotions, or branding within the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing a team within restaurants or event catering operations.
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Effective verbal and written communication with staff, guests and vendors.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and operational issues calmly and efficiently.
  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, revenue management and inventory tracking.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, reservation software and basic office tools (Excel, email, scheduling apps).
  • Willing to work in Ubud and Uluwatu areas.
