Food & Beverage Manager
About the role
- Oversees all F&B Service operations by ensuring exceptional service standards, quality control, and guest satisfaction across restaurants, bars, room service, and banqueting.
- Leads and manages a motivated F&B Service team, including hiring, performance monitoring to maintain high productivity with a positive engagement, fostering innovation, continuous improvement, and a guest-focused culture.
- Drives profitability and control budgets, through strategic planning, cost control, creative menu development, and targeted promotions aligned with market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in the same field
- Strong Leadership and team management skills
- Creative mindset with a passion in F&B Trends and guest dining experience
- Proven track record in revenue generation, cost control and F&B promotions.
- Excellent guest service orientation with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
