Job summary

CODE.ID is hiring a mobile engineer to help define product direction and build scalable Flutter apps in Jakarta. You will work closely with engineering and product owners to shape implementation, while also contributing to backend tasks when needed.

The role emphasizes clean, secure code, maintainability, and strong unit tests. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of experience, at least 6 months of Dart/Flutter hands-on work, and exposure to Lean/XP practices within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Diploma (D3) in IT/CS/EE/Math.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience.
• Hands on Dart & Flutter experience minimum 6 months.
• Must have experience with FE using React Native or Android or iOS.
• Exposure to Lean/XP practices (TDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD for Mobile).
• Quick learner, problem solver and implement solutions with guidance.
• Experience working in Agile Software development.

• Refine and develop the product direction with engineering and product owners.
• Build high-quality, scalable and maintainable applications using Dart & Flutter.
• Be open to backend tasks (full stack mindset).
• Write clear, performant, secure code easily understood by others.
