Job summary

Vodjo is seeking a Flutter Developer to architect and build mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work closely with teams across the product stack to deliver high-quality apps and iterate on features with an emphasis on clean, efficient code.

Ideal candidates have strong object-oriented design skills, experience with Flutter and Dart, and a track record of deploying Flutter apps. You will collaborate across disciplines to ensure a robust, scalable mobile solution.

Qualifications

Flutter Developer

Vodjo is currently seeking a Flutter Developer interested in building mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.

Required Skills

• Strong object-oriented design, programming and debugging skills
• Passionate about mobile development and writing correct, and efficient code
• Knowledge and experience in Flutter Framework and Dart programming language
• Have one or more iOS / Android apps developed with Flutter. Either deployed on the AppStore / Google Play or available on git repository
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, and Android Studio
• Hands on experience with the whole app lifecycle from development to deployment
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Desired Skills

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization
