We’re looking for a Fluidcon Product Specialist to support our Aftermarket team with technical and commercial expertise.

Main Accountabilities
  • Provide technical and commercial support to the Aftermarket team (Key Account Sales & PSSR) in selling Fluidcon products.
  • Develop and deliver commercial tools tailored to customer proposal requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations, application demonstrations, and act as a technical advisor for customers and internal teams.
  • Implement digital-based systems to track product performance, lifecycle, and profitability.
  • Utilize digital platforms for monitoring, reporting, and real-time market intelligence analysis.
  • Standardize technical documents (BOM, Line Drawing, Service Form) to ensure easy access through PSD’s digital systems.
Internal Capability Development
  • Serve as a trainer and subject matter expert for technical and commercial training sessions for Sales, Service, and customers.
  • Collaborate with Training Specialists & Operation Specialists to enhance the competencies of technicians and PSSR.
  • Foster a growth mindset culture within the internal team through knowledge sharing, coaching, and competency evaluations.
  • Support sales development by reviewing pricing strategies and profitability analysis for each agreement.
Internal Initiatives & Programs
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Logistics, Inventory, Procurement, HR, SHEQ) to strengthen the execution of Fluidcon programs.
  • Develop and implement internal initiatives to improve customer experience, including standardized service & parts contracts.
  • Initiate innovation projects to enhance cost efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Educational Background:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in automotive, electric, Engineering, or mechanical.

Experience:

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing is an advantage.
  • More than 5 years experience for Fluidcon product line or similar both technical or marketing roles.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • Familiar with Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting should be an advantage.
  • Strong customer service and analytical skills.
  • Good customer relationship skills.
