About the role

As a Floor Supervisor at 6PACK & Verte (6pack_id & verte_idn) you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling restaurant. In this full‑time position based in Cisauk Banten, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our frontline staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards that are the hallmark of our brand.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of our servers, hosts, and other frontline staff to ensure efficient service delivery
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and responding promptly to any issues or concerns
• Ensuring strict adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory management and stock control
• Providing coaching and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and performance
• Collaborating with the management team to identify and implement process improvements
• Representing the restaurant in a professional and courteous manner at all times
