About the role

As a Floor Captain - Resto & Bar Concept at ISMAYA GROUP, you will oversee the smooth running of the Resto operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. This is a full‑time position based in Jakarta, where you will be part of a dynamic and vibrant team dedicated to delivering an outstanding guest experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Takes the guest’s orders, serves food and beverages, prepares itemized checks and accepts payments for processing
• Responsible for clearing and setting up tables, providing guests with any condiments or additional cutleries they may require
• Knowledge of products and promotions
• Responsible for opening or closing the guest seating area and performing any other reasonable duty assigned by the Bar Manager

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar floor captain role within the bar/hospitality industry
• Excellent customer service, hospitality and communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
