Tugasnya meliputi memeriksa proses produksi dan pemeliharaan ayam, memastikan ketersediaan sapronak, mengontrol penerimaan DOC, panen dan melaporkan perkembangan kepada Pengawas Produksi serta meningkatkan kompetensi operator di farm sesuai SOP.

Job description

Mengecek proses produksi / pemeliharaan ayam (persiapan kandang, ketersediaan Sapronak, kontrol penerimaan DOC, panen dan termasuk data produksi) di Farm agar target produksi farm tercapai. Mengecek tersedianya Sapronak dan melaporkan kepada Pengawas Produksi untuk mendukung tercapainya proses produksi. Mengembangkan operator di farm agar performa dan kompetensinya maksimal sehingga Pemeliharaan budidaya ayam sesuai dengan SOP. Mengawasi dan melaporkan setiap perkembangan budidaya ayam kepada atasan dan stake holder terkait.
